Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

We entered into what we thought was a partnership with Al Wash and ALWE Entertainment for the 2013 Missouri Classic held in Kansas City Missouri. We agreed that we would be partners and each put up the same amount of money for the event, not investors. We were lead to believe that this was going to be this huge event with top name artist performing throughout the week leading up to the show, as well as a huge half time show. None of this happened!

To make a long story short, when it came time to pay us our share of the money after the Missouri Classic was over, we received all kinds of excuses. We have repeatedly tried to contact Al Wash but, he continues to ignore our phone calls. When we do accidentally reach him, he continues to lie about senidng us payments.

It was reported that this event did 21,000 people. According to Al Wash, we only needed to sell 10,000 seats to break even. He later said that he made up the number to make it sound good. We were there, we know how many people were there. He was simply trying to make us believe that we lost money.

Al Wash never gave us actual reports from ticketmaster, or from Arrow Head Stadium's box office, which we agreed in our contract that we would have access to. He collected sponsorship dollars from Southwest Airlines, McDonalds and a few other sponsors, but never reveiled to us how much he collected, which was supposed to be applied to the expenses.

It's been almost a year and he continues to make excuses about paying us our money. We have hired an attorney to subpoena all of the files for this event, to see the real amount of money that was made from this event. Most of the documents that he previously sent us, have been documents generated from his office. We plan to see this court case through and make sure that he doesn't do this to anyone else.

To our knowledge, Al Wash has been in business for over 30yrs. We would have never ever thought that things would turn out this way with someone who supposedly had such a good reputation in the entertainment industry. We would never do business with Al Wash or ALWE Entertainment again. He obviously thinks that we are just going to go away but, THAT'S NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!
