Complaint Review: ALYON TECHNOLOGIES - NORCROSS Georgia

To all the victims like myself.

Today 2/22/03 i have just received a letter from the DEPARTMENT OF CONSUMER PROTECTION OF THE STATE OF CONNECTICUT.
The case number file# is 2003-823

The investigator from this dept who is handling my case, her name is Linda Brewer. Besides writing a letter of complaint, I also included several copies of complaints from this site of the numerous victims which proves the (censored)that the Alyon Technologies is committing with hundreds of other people.

The following the the exact words on the letter that I have just received.

Thank you for your written consumer complaint concerning the Alyon Technologies. I will be coordinating the action taken on your behalf. A file number has been assigned to your complaint and can be found above. please refer to this file number in any further communictaion with us.

we will assist you through informal mediation, which is one of the many functions performed by thie department. this process is offered as a public service and we must rely on the cooperation of both parties to resolve disputes.

In many disputes the involvement of the department of consumer protection promotes a settlement between parties, and we hope we can be helpful.

On your behalf, a letter with a copy of your complaint has been sent to the business with which you have a dispute. we expect them to contact you to try to reach an amicable resolution. we also expect them to contact our department in writing to advise us of the outcome. once our department receives a written response from the business we will notify your accordingly. this process may take up to six weeks and we thank you for your patience.

To all the victims, continue pouring in your complaints to the attorney general, consumer protection department, better business bureau, fbi.

Do not pay such (censored)invoices, because once you pay them, they will continue sending in (censored)invoices. and then what !!! are you going to continue paying invoice after invoice. This company must be stop.

There are a bunch of (censored) and we can not allowed them to continue victimizing people. I know it's quite frustrating, and all you want to do is make it go away, but on the contrary, it is not going to go away.

Once you pay their (censored)invoices, they have you. They will continue billing you and by paying it, it will only give them a weapon to use against you.

Again thank you for your patience and just know that you are not alone. keep making those complaint to as many law enforcement agencies, attorney generals as possible. someone is bound to listen and take action against this (censored)company by the name of ALYON TECHNOLOGIES

Today, I just send in a complaint report via express mail which included several pages long to the following department and I am asking of all the victims like myself to do the same thing as well. If we get to have just one agency listen to our complaints concerning this (censored)company, then the rest of
the other law enforcement agencies that deal with internet (censored)
will take action on putting this company out of business.

SUCH A COMPANY.

ALSO HAS ANYONE THOUGH OF A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT?

IT GETS EVEN MORE INTERESTING, WHEN ALSO THE SAME CHARGES OF PHONE CALLS THAT I DID NOT MAKE SHOWED ON MY TELEPHONE BILL.

I ENDED CHANGING MY TELEPHONE NUMBER ALSO HAVING IT NON-PUBLISHED AS WELL.

THIS MESSAGE IS SPECIALLY TO THE ALYON TECHNOLOGIES COMPANY, I WILL NOT BE PAYING A RED CENT OF A BILL THAT I DID NOT MADE NOT IN THIS LIFETIME OR IN THE FUTURE. I HAVE REPORTED YOUR
COMPANY TO AS MANY LAW ENFORCEMENT AGENCIES THAT DEAL WITH COMPUTER (censored).

After reading some of the stories from other victims, I found myself learning more of how this could have happened to me. I was blaming my 11yoa child and now I find out that this (censored)bags insects have been illegaly entering into peoples computers. What it makes it even worst that they have obtained information for example customers names and address to mailed in their so call invoices thru illegaly. Such info is only available for law enforcement agencies. Now hear this, Alyon Technologies company, I do intend to pursue this thru every law enforcement agency that is available in the United States, thru the FBI, consumer protection, my attorney general, phone company so they can be prosecuted to the fullest extend of the law. I do not intend to pay the invoice that your company sent me and it will be when hell freezes over.
