I was sent a bill for adult enterainment and never called or vistied this site. Now I have a bill for 229.83. Which I'm not gonna pay for unless they want play money. I could've had a house full of whores for that amount why should I pay for something I never even got. I'm very unhappy. Please send information on what to do.

Suzanne,

THIS IS A PROVEN CRIMINAL SCAM. (See Rip-Off Report #47937 for details)

It is EXTREMELY important that ALL VICTIMS contact ALL authorities immediately. Every complaint is NEEDED for authorities to see the pattern of abuse by this company and put a stop to this criminal scam.

Alyon Technologies has ILLEGALLY DOWNLOADED AND INSTALLED TROJAN ITEMS to your computer.

(Many have recommended saving these items to a disc prior to deleting them)

Search your computer for mini dialer and 'iedisco.exe' and delete them. The mini dialer should be located next to your local ISP provider. They have created a folder called 'eGroup'- find and delete it. They have also made changes to your Windows Registry. (See Rip-Off Report #45776 - items found in Windows Registry.)

There are many Rip-Off Reports with instructions on finding and removing Alyon/eGroup's "POP-UP" and "DRIVE-BY" downloads/installations. SPYBOT S&D (update 11-17-2002 and later) will find and remove ALL of their SPYWARE and TROJAN DIALERS if you cannot manually do this. *Use At Your Own Risk*

For YOUR protection, first:

Write a Certified letter with RETURN RECEIPT to Alyon Technologies disputing the charges. This is very important because it establishes a record of your dispute. Also, call 201-865-7600 - Alyon's in New Jersey number and tell them that 'you deny all knowledge of anyone using their web site'.

Then I recommend you do the following:

(Many of these complaints forms can be filled out online.)
