Alyssa Martin at ActOne Auctions Will Rip you off with No Conscience Shown St. Louis Park, MN Internet
Retained ActOne Auctions for an estate liquidation sale, before and during the auction numerous issues arose. Ms. Martin failed to act in a professional and timely manner prior to and during the actual auction. Not all items were included, reserves were not properly assessed, closing had to be extended as many items were not sold. Items that were not sold were suppose to go to their warehouse to be put up for auction later, which ActOne Auctions refused to honor her contact. Ms. Martin broke one of my items, the second item brought to her attention she denied, items were purchased by Ms. Martin without notice at a pay rate which was not agreed upon by me, but for which a 35% commission was assessed.
