After 19 days of attempsto contact this company via phone or online, I finally spoke to someone on the "new order line." They confirmed my suspicion that I had been scammed and that I was a sucker to give them access to my credit card number (to authorize a one time charge of $1.95.) Six weeks later I am $49.50 poorer and have legal threats for filing my original report. I really do not know how these people sleep at night.
