I purchased a smartwatch from Amazon for $189 less than 2 weeks later the same smartwatch is on Sale for $144.
I requested a Price Adjustment of $45 and Amazon refused, telling me they don't meet their own prices only competitive store prices. How idiotic is it to screw your own best customers!
I have cancelled my $139 Prime Membership and will never do business with Amazon again.
This is after being a Member for almost 15 years.
I am also returning the watch I purchased as well so Amazon just cut their own throat and thearen't smart enough to even care!

It doesn’t matter if it’s "industry standard.” Amazon’s policies clearly state that they are obligated to offer price adjustments after purchase. You knew Prime Day was coming, and you should have waited to make the purchase.

After this terrible Amazon ripoff I cancelled my PRIME account and I'm returning the Smartwatch and disabling all Amazon devices in my home. I will never do business with Amazon again!!!
