Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I sold college books on a list through amazon.com 6/13/08 Microsoft 2007 book from a class I took, on my student loan. 6/26/08 buyer said never got correct book I explained to Amazon claim department I didn't list book he is claiming I paid to ship him. I told them I have a comformation from Amazon sale was final and ok.

I was to be paid for both books I sold on 6/26/08. I sold another book Business Communications on 6/17/08 I paid for all postal first class shipping too. never got a complaint from that person or paid buy Amazon , which increased price to make more money even though they were take a chunk from me already.

i wasn't paid for either book. The microsoft book was real expensive I paid almost 200.00 on my student loan and sold it for 52.00 cause I used it and it was in great shape. My business Communications book I sold was around 50.00 some dollars and sold that for 17.00. Good prices and no damage or scratches I sell my books back to pay for the new class books for next semester.

I was told recently by amazon I couldn't sell any more books on their site because of bad reviews and no further communcation was done. I called 2 times 2nd time hung up on. 1st time my claim I originally sent disappeared. I said this guy got my book free and wasn't gonna pay for it he waited till last day for me to be paid and sent e-mail like he had done this before. This was my first time with Amazon and will never use again.

I can't afford to support someone elses college, when I'm on student loans myself. I'm also disabled so what purpose would I have not sending him the book he asked me for. I was trying to get rid of it and make a little money back for a career. One worker at Amazon said postal service opens and takes out peoples items I should have gotten insurance.

I said I paid for everything and got nothing I'm not sending books with insurance who's gonna put their job on the line for a dumb book. I work for Fed Ex for years and they don't do that, thats when she hung up on me. then the guy that said I sent the wrong book said the same exact thing about postal service. I saved all emails and will make copies it needed.

I told the guy get a refund and send my original book back not the one your saying you got the one I sent. Its on my Amazon list the one I sent. I don't even know the one he was babbling on about. I told Amazon claims to check my list on their site. and I guess they didn't, so free books for everyone at my expense. never got paid for the other one either with no reason why!

They can't answer any question s on phone have to go through A-z claims and I did and waited and now no one will acknowledge me or my money or books. I was ripped off. I can't afford this, nor should anyone in my shoes or anyone elses go through this again. Please help me. I don't know what to do.

Sincerely, Angela **** I did contact BBB and have a letter. but Amazon won't acknowledge me and BBB said to try to work it out with them first. here the claim #22165925 I just hope some one can help me.
