i was looking for a affordable apartment when i saw the preliminary application on the office door at Amber Valley Estates it listed the sliding scale for rent based on income. So I filled it out and went back the next day. The women in the office said they had a two bed room apt opening in Aug for $731, per month plus electric and gas. I said wait a minute according to your application my rent should be more like $581. She told me they do not have any of those units available and they do not do sliding scale rent. So I ask why do you have this notice on the door and she had no answer. This is bait and switch.
If they don't have any of those units they should take the notice down.
