Amc Auto Sales ripoff for extended warranty Roseville Michigan
my sudo mother bought a 2003 saturn from this car lot. first off this guy tells her this car has never been hit and it only had one oner. lie!!!! it was a auction car. It was beat to h**l (we ran a carfax report) So my mom pays for the extended warranty thru the warranty company C.A.R.S. it cost $299. for 3 months. she paid the dealer directly. well to make a long story short three weeks after the car was purchased the transmission went out.Mike the owner of the dealership kept the $299. and never sent in the warranty paperwork or funds. now he refuses to do anything about it and replies to me "too bad its out of warranty date"
