On April 29, 2015 I called AME Transmission to order a 700R4 with a lock up torque converter. I spoke with Barry, who encouraged me to also purchase the speed upgrade for $225.00. The total of the purchase was $1350. On April 29th I received the invoice via email.(Attachment A) The entire $1350 was taken from my bank account on April 29, 2015.

On May 20, 2015 I received the transmission, I opened the crate and immediately knew it was not what I had ordered it appeared to be someone else's core. Within 10 minutes of receiving the transmission I called Barry at AME and explained that this is not what I had ordered and I had not received the $225.00 speed upgrade. He stated he had been having trouble with his shipping and that FedEx was intentionally taking his good transmissions and replacing them with the inferior transmissions. I took 6 photos of the transmission in the crate immediately and emailed them to Barry at AME. (Attachment B) After several phone calls back and forth between Barry and myself it was decided that on Friday May 22, 2015 I would use the return federal express and ship the transmission back. Keeping in mind I still have not received $225.00 speed upgrade.

At that time Barry credited my bank account back half of the full price $675.00, and would credit the remaining $675.00 when he received the transmission back. I scanned the receipt of the FedEx shipment to Barry. Over the next week I tracked the FedEx with the tracking number given on May 22nd. Once the shipment got to Billings, MT it was refused by AME as confirmed with a conversation with Cordell at FedEx. At that time FedEx used the original FedEx return tracking and sent it onto Deerfield Beach, Florida to AME Transmissions. (Attachment C) On June 9th the package was delivered to the Fed Ex warehouse since it is considered freight, AME was given notice it was there to pick up. On June 9th, 10th and 11th I called Barry and the other numbers listed for AME Transmissions inquiring why my $675.00 has not been credited to my bank account. Barry has either hung up or not responded to my calls. As of June 12, 2015 AME Transmission has not picked up the transmission at FedEx or credited my bank account with the remaining $675.00

My complaint stems from the following incidents:

1. The failure of AME to fulfill its initial agreement of a 700R4 transmission with lock up torque converter. And never sending the Speed

upgrade unit $225.00

2. Avoiding my phone calls in an attempt to come to an amicable solution.

3. Keeping the remainder of my money. $675.00

4. My time and aggravation dealing with Barry trying to resolve this issue.

5. Not being able to fix my vehicle and having the funds that were appropriated for the transmission were not incumbered leaving me

without my vehicle for the past 3 weeks.
