America trucking Group Ripe off in trucking industry Internet
Being experience driver and wanted to expand my trucking industry was in the process of acquiring a freightliner columbia, Detroit 60 series, I saw one being advertised in truckpaper online, called in and talked with Chela who she told me that the truck is 530k miles, and she referred me to talk to salesman, Aaron, Aaron explained to me that all the features which were listed on paper were correct and therefore I needed to sent the deposit to reserve the truck and sent it to the shop to be ready for me when I go pick t up in Gulport.
Two days later it was a nightmare to reach Aaron, left several message but no respond, called the sell line but also told they will pass the message to aaron. Finally I got a call from JC nd he told me that my truck is ready that I needed to go pick it up. I took a long greyhound bus ready to start work as soon as I get my truck. Arrived at ATG at 8.30am and reported in the office where I was told that Aaron was not at the office yet but the boss was to start a meeting and he will sent someone to meet me shortly, waiting for over 2hrs while a look at he stock which were park in the look but didn't see the one I was coming for, finally a guy showed up and introduced himself as JC. I asked him that's I was there to meet with Aaron, but told me Had been fired. He showned me the freightliner that were available '07 with over a million miles, after a road test I told him that I was not interested on it, but sent someone to bring the keys to another freightliner which I tried to started it didnt start, but liared that both of those trucks had just been serviced in two days, which I find out to be liar as I asked the guy who brought the key and told me that that truck had been sitting for 3 months.
Now the drama started when I told him thy I'm not interred in the deal but explained that I needs to talk to his boss which I finally talked to financial guy and I stood my ground that I needed my deposit back. But was told that since I wired my money they will have to revearsed it back to my account, which as another nightmare, dealing with JC, but finally got my money after 3 weeks of back and forth. My advised to truckers avoid America truck group,big RIFFOFF not suppose to be in busines , will join in the civil lawsuit
