I purchased a contract for my 2008 ford explorer and decided it was to much money, wrote the company wi 10 days to cancel my contract which I was told I had 30 days to recover a full refund of my down payment of 175 dollars. I sent in writing a letter to the Colorado address I never heard anything the collector of money a third party group told me that premier services was out of business to contact American auto shields theain company.

I did spoke w Leon on several occasions and was told to fax a cancellation w policy number and I would receive a full refund prior to that I was told to mail the contract in w a cancelation notice after the original letter which I did. I never recd a refund so I called back and was told my credit card co which I made the down payment on would have to dispute the charge then if they couldn't I had to send a letter from Them stating why they were unable to dispute the charge well my cc co could not dispute the charge bc the original co I paid premier services is out of business. They ate scammers never do business with them

Well before this, or any, customer starts making comments about us "ripping people off", they should always make sure they have their facts right, because once again they do not.  We do not sell contracts, and we have no employees by the names she mentions in this complaint.  It's certainly possible someone here told her to dispute the charge, and there should be no reason why that could not be done.  That is the most appropriate course of action if the selling company is out of business, because we did not take that money and never received it to refund.  We will refund the customer if they cannot get the funds any other way.
