Well before this, or any, customer starts making comments about us "ripping people off", they should always make sure they have their facts right, because once again they do not. We do not sell contracts, and we have no employees by the names she mentions in this complaint. It's certainly possible someone here told her to dispute the charge, and there should be no reason why that could not be done. That is the most appropriate course of action if the selling company is out of business, because we did not take that money and never received it to refund. We will refund the customer if they cannot get the funds any other way.
