American Auto Transport Never showed up for pick up. Beware. This company is not reliable. Ripoff Miami Florida
I booked my vehicle move two months in advance with American Auto Transport (www.ship-auto.com). I called a week prior to the scheduled pick up to ensure my order was placed. I was assured it was. The pickup date came and went. I called and they said it would be picked up the next day. It wasn't. They said it would be picked up two days later. It wasn't. They said it would be picked up the next day. It wasn't. Finally, I called and left a message telling them to forget it and went with a well-known moving company. American Auto Transport staff, including an extremely rude guy named Chris, was not helpful at all. One even laughed at my fiance when she called in desperation on her last day before her fight out. If you use this company, you are taking a major risk. Pick a carrier, not a fly-by-night broker like American Auto Transport if you want your vehicle moved.
