In Jan, 2013 we entered into a loan agreement with American capital holdings llc. Andrew Smithsonite was our private investor who brokered the deal. He sent us closing documents, we sent him our down payment of $90,000 and waited for final closing documents.
after many, many excuses why the deal couldn't be finalized, just last week he refused to answer his calls. I have not been able to reach him for over 3 weeks now. His office in pennsylvania was really an office belonging to a Charles Jackson. another scam artist!
