I ordered gabels for my carport from "Elephant Structures", but they are apparently "American Carports" or American Steel Structures Inc, (its a bit of a shell game with who you are actually dealing with - that's your first indication that something is not right with these guys). Four months after placing an order, and dozens of phone calls trying to expedite it, they finally said "we just can't deliver, sorry". When I requested them to return my deposit, they sent me on a wild goose chase, calling numbers i never even dealt with to get my money back. After the shell game was over I finally gave up and I am writing this "rip-off report" to alert others to the practices of this company. Save yourself a headache down the road, and only do business with someone local you can actually see!
