I Recieved a phone call telling me that I was being sued by American Cash Net for a 300 dollor payday loan. I contacted my bank and they went back a year and shows no payday loans being deposited into my account. I think it is fraudulent. I have called the number back and nobody will answer to give me the details in which where and who I got this loan. They wouldn't tell me who I Recieved the loan or a date in which I Recieved the loan.
