American Cash Rewards/Face To Face/Youth Incentive Marketing I Am Going After American Cash Rewards/Face to Face/Youth Incentive Marketing Golden Colorado
My family purchased 2 magazines on 2 different occasions. We cancelled the 2nd magazine according to their policy and have not received our refund within their stated refund period.
According to their policy , they have 180 days in which to deliver. We are now past 180 days, and I expect a full refund.
Today I sent a Demand For Refund via certified return receipt mail. I have given then 10 business days to refund my money in full.
During phone conversations, they danced all around the issue and never committed to a refund. In fact, the first and second magazines were sold under different company names. They are the same company!
I have gone head to head on many consumer issues such as this........if you need help please contact me and I will assist you to the best of my ability.
I encourage you to fight these battles
