American Coradius International Robert Duggan Sean Stuart Paul Stuart Patrick Dann Conspire to fire African Americans then fire them immediately to prove to the Equal Opportunity Employer they are not racist Hamburg New York
Robert Duggan and Sean Stuart will hire African Americans only to fire them within the first 30 days of employment just to please the Equal Employment Offices. They make comments about it like it's some big joke. From my perspective, they both seemed to appear to be very shady and highly unethical. I've personally seen them discriminate against several employees. Most of which will file a claim with the EEOC however are denied the claim because not enough evidence is given to them from ACI. This company is unfair and very abusive. They know that they must hire so many black employees and joke around laughing saying that It doesn't mean they have to keep them. I thought this was terrible. What a sad work environment for anyone to endure. That is All.
