American Credit Solutions ripoff Tampa,FL. Takes $199.95 from your bank account promising unsecured platinum card with $4000 limit. Operators use evasive language and outright lies to lure you in. I was even told the operators name and given her "direct phone number", assuring me a human would answer.
Delay sending card for several weeks, when you call back to check status the "direct line" is an automated system detailing what phase of "processing" your account is in.
Receive package with thick catalog of products you can only purchase with their "credit card". Package double-talk explains that you have to purchase $99.00 of merchandise, paid in 3 monthly installments of $33.00. Upon 3rd on time payment you are issued a platinum credit card.
I have read info on this site regarding refund. Trying my bank first, will update my progress.
