Erik, the customer service agent from American Custom Golf Cars confirmed a wholesale price via telephone of $ 249.95 + UPS charges. Suggested list of $ 499.95 was also confirmed. We paid in advance by credit card, the charger arrived on time, but they invoiced us for $ 349.95 + freight.
When we called to complain, they deny no wrong doing. Bait and switch, with advance payment and no re-course.

As discussed over the phone with Erik, the wholesale cost of the Delta-Q Charger was and has always been $349.95 + freight. Also as discussed on the phone, if you misunderstood that, we can offer you a full refund if you send the charger back to us. You are welcome to a full refund since there is obviously some confusion on your part. We would not sell you a charger for less than what we pay for it. Your recourse is that you have 90 days to return the charger for a full refund so the choice is yours as it has been since you called us about the confusion in the first place. Thank you for using this open forum to discuss we appreciate the opportunity to set the record straight or to offer in writing the refund we already offered verbally.
