In Short: ordered product to try for $9.95 on 7/30/03. It took almost 3 months to get month trays from impression I need to make from their kit. The 30 day trial period started when I got the kit, not when I got the trays back. That took several impressions before the proper ones could make the trays. They extended the trial period, but failed to imform me that the 9/19/03 date reverted back when I sent the Extra impression kit back, but had already started the product trial. Which in turn was suppose to be extended to 10/29/03.

Meanwhile, the debt I gave them to "withdraw" the $9.95 on 7/30/03; they used on 10/03/03 to take $199.95 as well. My Contact person at this company was Neely, but when all was said and done, I couldn't get my money back. The product did not work for me. I was told with the 5 tube/ 2 strenght supply; it should last 3 years and each treatment should only take 3 days!

I tried both strenghts. Used three full tubes in 11 days and still did not get the results I was expecting. Neely solution was to sent me stronger solutions. I ended our 3 month correspondence, informing her, that would not be the satisfactory answer I had after all this time. I then informed her I'd be contacting the State Attorney's Office. Tonya at the Utah's States Attorney's informed the company the had to change their policy, but told me they weren't responsible to refund my money. Needless to say I am one "upset" consumer.I am Less $199.95; not to mention my teeth are not any whiter, then before I "tried" the products.

I would like to clarify the claim against britewhite rippoff, which is very misleading to BriteWhite Teeth Whitening Systemtm. I am the president/developer of a new professional system on the market called "BriteWhite Teeth Whitening System." This product in question is being confused with my Blue LED system and would like to clarify they are not associated in any way with our BriteWhite Teeth Whiteningtm. The product in question goes back to 2003 and BriteWhite Teeth Whitening began marketing in 2006, very new to the market place with global patent pending and for professionals only. Thank you for allowing me to respond to this and help answer questions being posed to me regarding the product in question. With kindest regards, Joyce President/Developer BriteWhite Teeth Whitening System.

"Our Story" These stories seem quite out of context.

These stories seem quite out of context. I am the office manager here and know every in and out of our company. We pride ourselves in our great customer service and our efforts to make sure our customers get the services they hope and pay for. Ms. Merry story has changed numerous times and we have went above and beyond to try to keep her happy. Merry's situation has been resolved through arbitration, we were found in the right. As for Eveline there is no way either Merrianne or Keely would have hung up on a customer. Keely, the customer service manager, is one of the most patient and understanding individuals I know. She would never do such a thing. We have thousands of happy customers. We appreciate their return business and their recommendations to friends.

I was also ripped off by American Dental Union Professional Teeth Whitening. I never gave them confirmation to remove 199.95 out of my account, they told me if I would have returned the product within 30 days of the day I received my product which was supposed to be the following day it would not be a problem. So I did so I returned it because the product had a nasty taste and it made my teeth hurt. I never even sent in my impressions so I never signed any contract agreeing to those terms. The following week after I mailed back the product. I was missing $200 out of my account and these scam artist are pros at what they do. I called them and they said they returned the product to me but why haven't I received a product back that is worth $200. It was the same two people reported in the first incident. Neely, and Marianne. They refused to speak to me, hanging up the phone in my face, and said that they had no higher authority that I could speak too. I hear unprofessional characters laughing in the background while Marianne spoke to me. I asked if this would be a rip off before this order was put through and the agent I spoke to told me that I would be notified within 30 days before the transaction was cleared. NO notification was followed through. These people have no lives whatsoever because they take money from innocent people without their consent and think that it is ok. But it is definitely not ok because there is definitely a higher authority that will catch up to their scams sooner or later, and I hope they get put behind bars for their disgusting, betraying, unethical behaviors.

Merry needs to realize that we agreed to send her only $200 worth of product

On 7/30/03 Merry purchased a $200 teeth whitening kit. At this time she was explained that she would have 30 days from the date that she purchased the product to try the product. She agreed over the phone to these terms and signed a contract agreeing to these terms. On 8-29-03 she called in and said she had a problem with taking an impression of her teeth. Instead of charging her like we agreed to, we shipped Merry another $200 teeth whitening kit free of charge and extended her trial for another 30 days. On 9-19-03 Merry called in again and said she had a problem taking an impression of her teeth and asked if we would send another $200 teeth whitening kit free to her and extend her trial once again for another 30 days. Again, we sent her another $200 teeth whitening kit free of charge and extended her trial for another 30 days. Only after we had sent Merry over $400 of free teeth whitener, and only after we had extended her trial from 30 days to 90 days did we charge Merry for her product. Merry needs to realize that we agreed to send her only $200 worth of product and give her 30 days to try the product, and that the other $400 of product that we sent to her free and the extra 60 days to try to the product shows that American Dental Union will bend over backwards for their customers. Customer service has and is our number one concern. If you would like a list of delighted customer, feel free to give us a call. Thanks! Customer Service Rep
