Complaint Review: American Dream limo - Internet

Hello, my name is Israel. I was employed with American Dream Limousine.On April 11th 2014 I gave my notice to Nico, Sunny, Ahmed Zabiullah that this date will be my last time that I will be driving for his company. That day / night I did a run for 6 hours. The customers that night were very happy with the service I provided. I showed up 13 mins early and dropped them off on time. I returned the limo (hummer 20 passenger) back to the shop and cleaned out the back.

I write this review so people (customers) know what kind of person they are dealing with. I still have not received payment for the work that I did. Mr. Ahmed Zabiullah (Nico, Sunny) has told me in a VERY rude way that he will not pay me, instead he is going to charge me for things that car not true. 

Please have a read at his e-mail he sent me and judge for yourself of what kind of person he is and how he treats his customers.

Israel,

Since you have threatened us with your attorney, you MUST stop contacting and harassing us or I will press charges!!! That means no calls, visitation and emails, etc. Are you that stupid and moron where you don't understand how the law works?

(OK, as far as the law goes, “I will press charges” a crime needs to be committed for someone to press charges. I have not committed a crime... So, who is the “stupid and moron???)

This matter is between your attorney and my attorney now. My attorney and my partner is aware of things and he is pursuing this case especially for harassing my customers.

(1. He has no partner, when you call him he answers the phone by using the name Nico or Sunny. 2. If he did have a “partner” they would advice him to treat his employees with respect. 3. I have not nor will I harass the customers as this is a matter of Mr. Ahemd Zabiullah not paying me for the work I have done. Nothing to do with the customers)

I have also issued a no trespassing to my business and residence for you. In the meantime, I am considering pressing charges for unauthorized use of company vehicle per GPS tracking on my vehicle. You completely went to the opposite direction to deposit your check that took 30 minutes out? One cannot use my vehicle especially the 20 passenger Hummer for personal usage per your signed contract. What are you thinking? Are you that stupid and idiot?? You must be. You do all that on your own time and vehicle and not mine!!!

( I have not been contacted my Fairfax County Police or any law enforcement officer on trespassing notice. As far as going 30 minutes out of the way to deposit a check that he wrote me from previous work. Please take the time to google the address and judge for yourself if it took “30 minutes. Place of business where he keeps his limos, 7329 Lockport Place Lorton, VA 22079. The bank I went to is located at 8098 Rolling Rd Springfield VA. 22153. Less then 4 miles. I went there a little after 7pm and deposit a check using the ATM. Keep in mind I still showed up 13 minutes early to pick the customers AND he does not pay for travel or clean up time. Yes I could have used my vehicle but it was on the way and I did not want him to stop payment on the check.

PLEASE read how he talks to me “STUPID and IDIOT”. This is how he talked to me on the phone.)

You expect to make a lot of money, yet you can't even find the pickup location to the last job and I had to baby sit you. I am not here to baby sit people like you. You are rude and quick to hang up the phone.

(No, I never expected to “make lot of money” as I only worked on the weekends and it was a very very part time base for me. I enjoy drive, give good customer service and explore new areas. The last location was a new development and was not listed on google maps or SAP NAV. I would give you the address to look up. But, I think that would be wrong of me. Yes I was rude to “quickly hang up the phone” but if you think he is rude in this e-mail, imagine how he is on the phone. I did not want to do this last job, I want to just go back and say I am finished. If I would have done this, the only people that would have suffered would have been the customers. And its not their fault Mr. Ahmed Zabiullah, Nico, Sunny is a rude and disrespectful to me and his customers.

If you don’t believe me, read other comment left by other customers. The good reviews are written by him. I know this is a fact.)

In addition one of my drivers noticed that you were stealing bottled water at the end of your shift. I have no room for thieves in my organization. I have been wondering how does the limos return with no left over water.

(1. At that time he had no other driver, only me. 2. He is a very cheap man that only supplied 8 bottles of water. The very small kind. So bottles of water for 18 people riding in the limo, after 6 hours of consuming alcohol drinks. Makes you think.... where did all the water go???  I did stop at a 7-11 to buy a six pack of water, using my OWN money. As I have done in the past, not just with water, but with solo cups and napkins because he would not provide glasses. Maybe know he can stop “wondering” what happen to his water. 3. He has posted on Craigslist under transport “limousine driver needed” If he had a driver see me do this, why is he looking for drivers every other day is a new post from him. )

I am not here to baby sit and have a headache with scum bags like you. I simply get rid of them.

( No, lets get it straight. I told him over the phone that “this will be my last run I do for you” He stated “FINE!! OK!! and hung up. I guess because I don’t want to work for such person makes me a “SCUM BAG”.)

At this moment you me $200.00 for the usage of the Hummer Limousine plus the money for all those bottled water that you have been taking home. Plus on your first job upon your return back to the company, you let the passengers eat in the limo, where you were arguing about that with me that it was okay with you to let them eat and they took care of you for that monetarily. I have all the pictures for that. Hence an excessive cleaning fee of $200.00 which makes it a total of $400.00. For all that if I do not get paid in 2 weeks, I will see you in court!!!

($200.00 for... what really??? and the water.... Are you guys laughing now? because I am. 

OK the people that I let eat in the limo. Here is what happen, They rented the limo for 10 hours, 3 wineries. And you that go to this places know that they don’t serve food, only cheese and crackers. Yes I did let them eat crackers with cheese. So there were crumbs on the floor. Something that a vacuum can suck up, Yes? And If I argued with my employer, shouldn’t my employer terminate me for insubordination? 10 hours in a limo. I wonder why he never showed me the pictures... Could it be that he doesn’t have it?.. He is the owner  or his other “partner”  would have said something. If I am not allowed to contact the customers, shouldn’t he contact them and give them the bad new about eating in the lime?

Its been 2 weeks and nothing yet...

DO NOT EVER CONTACT ME AGAIN IN ANY MEANS!!!!

(I hope you all enjoyed this, as much as i enjoyed writing and posting it only many review sites. Please do not get me wrong or mis-understand, The drivers that drive for him are most likely trying to do a good job to service your needs. But and a BIG BUT Nico, Sunny, Ahmed are not good people to work for or to deal with.)
