What the hell is wrong with this credit card company? First...I get the stupid card you have to pay in full each month through american express, of course being only twenty and sure of myself, I though I would be able to pay it off by the end of the month...but my boyfriends car broke down and since he's a jobless bum and I need a car, I had to pay it and of course I didn't have the money to pay american express.
I called american express time and time and time again begging to work some sort of payment arraggments up but noooooooo this card needs to be paid in full, they can't do that they state. Then, after being sent to the credit card collection agency yesterday, (which I was notified through my job...yes the nitwit was enough of a p***k to call my work) the debt collection guy tells me american express had some kind of monthly program I could have gone through which could have avoided me going into the agency all together,he said how was I supposed to know though if they didn't tell me about this,
(I'M THINKING THANKS A LOT AMERICAN MOTHER F EXPRESS) WAS AMERICAN EXPRESS SMART ENOUGH TO DO THIS AND TELL ME ABOUT THIS...NO! After having good credit and the collection guy can't understand why I'm in his office and now I have a f charge off....THANKS A F LOT AMERICAN EXPRESS! SEVEN YEARS BAD LUCK BECAUSE OF ONE STUPID MOTHER F COMPANY!! CHARGE OFF= SEVEN YEARS TO GET OFF YOUR CREDIT REPORT....THEY COULD HAVE WORKED IT OUT AND I COULD HAVE PAID IT IN MONTHLY INSTALLMENTS AND WE BOTH WOULD HAVE MADE OUT IN THE END, THEY WOULD HAVE GOT THE MONEY AND I WOULD NOT HAVE SEVEN YEARS BAD LUCK BUT NOOOOOOOOO THEY DON'T KNOW HOW TO TELL YOU S UNLESS YOU ASK...WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS? ONE F DECEPTIVE ONE IF YOU ASK ME.
