American Family Fitness poor customer service and deceptive Glen Allen Virginia
the new american family in short pump is so deceptive and no one there has any clue on how to treat people. They want to charge a $15 fee for a guest of a member, which is outrageous to start and then charge the parent $15 also to sit there and watch. If you are under 18 this is their policy, which is ludacris, they make you sign a waiver so whats the point? Money! They also make you talk to someone to try and make you join their facility. I do not recommend going to this place go to the YMCA much more family oriented and the people their actually do care for your concerns.
