I would like to start off by saying on the half of everyone who is reading this letter should know that i been rip off for my money by the company name american financial card services. it all started back in november i was reading my bank statement and realize that in the amount of 200.00 dollars was pending on my acoount i contacted them asap and i spoked to a guy name richard williams i asked him for a refund and he told me that the only way i could get my money back ,he had to fill out a report and put it on his boss desk that first thing in the money he had me convinced how friendly he was and how helpful he was so then i say like 10 days later a recived a letter from american financial card services 2480ebay dr saying that the needed me to send a letter stateing the reason i wanted a refund,my signature and a statement from the bank showing that they debit the amount of 200.00 dollars from my account on the day i stated.also in the letter they stated they will be contacting me with in 30 days when i read that it pissed me off so i called that guy richard williams and asked him why did they stated that in the letter. he told me beause they dont want people calling everyday asking when are they going to get there money and i said i would be the same way to yall are so quick to take money from people account but cant put it back so i got mad and hung up 3weeks went pass i called that number again i kept getting the operater saying the line was busy so i kept calling then you get a guy operater saying where sorry lines are busy call back mq24567and it keep repeating it i would just like to have my money back and sue this company for scandiling people out of the money its just not right.thank you
