I have been dealing with the DA in Nevada and in Portland Oregon. I am dealing with a lawyer now as well. I will like to say that I am contractor in NYC and I do not rip-off anyone (check with BBB). sorry, allowing you to give a competitors name or the name of our own company would instigate others to just file against their competition, to only come back later to suggest their company your comments on this policy are welcome! I am a very honest contractor and I built my business on that as well as my work. I am so disgusted with this company and that they could still be in business. They took over $10,000.00 from me. I had a very important customer that wanted to move into their house that I built for them and needless to say they did not move in time or anywhere near that time because you guessed it "NO FLOORS". LETS GET THEM!

1) They wrote that I wanted the wood in a rush basis and I did not want to pay for a rush delivery. This is a lie I was told I would get the wood within 6-weeks I waited 4-months and I got nothing. They did not mention anything about paying any extra for a rush delivery. 2) Wouldn't anyone in their right mind get angry when someone promises you wood within 6-weeks and you are waitng 4-months and still have nothing. 3) I tried to speak to someon on the phone regarding my order and they told me straight out that I could only speak to someone in their company via-chat. So, I did nad they told me over 5-times at least your wood is being shipped out tomorrow! That never happened or your wood is being shipped out Thursday and that never happened. ALL LIES! 4) The best is that they have sent me money in full this is A BIG LIE! I am currently working with as many agencency's to get my money back and if anyone wants to join in just contact me via e-mail. Like I said the first time they are scammers and rip-off artists do not buy wood from them because you will never get it and then they will try to make you sign a letter saying you will not take any further actions against them and they keep 1/3 of your money RIP-OFF!!!!!!!!

Some customers want wood flooring on a rush basis while others are willing to accept a regular shipment without the additional fee. This customer wanted the rush order without paying the rush fee. The customer got angry when we were following regular business procedures and taking care of the customers who paid the additional fee. We treat all customers fairly and equally. This customer was trying to be put ahead of other customers that had paid rush fees. We did not think this was proper. He requested a refund and it has been already sent.
