American Hardwood Flooring late, late, late! Ripoff! Internet
I have written about american hardwood flooring before. I am still waiting for my flooring to arrive. It has been several months since I have placed my order.As of November I was told that it would arrive in the States After the Holidays and that I would be getting it in Jan between the 10th and 15th . Needless to say It has not arrived. Now they are telling me It won't arrive till Feb. and I would get it 7 to 10 days later. I am concerned that I will not get my floors.
I read Sebastians report and Melissa's. It would be very kind of you if we could exchange information. Please contact me. I would like to get my money back but I do not wish to loose 1/3 of it. I was told that if I could not wait to pick out 3 typs of flooring that they could get locally to expidite my order. The catch was that I may have to pay more. It would also take 72 hours for them to find it.
I have spoken to Nwfa and was told that they had not had a report of people not getting their floors if they wait but the complaint was that hey had to wait and keep waiting. It was also stated that they had not broken any laws and had covered themselves with disclaimers. If you contact the NWFA give them any information that you have.
Again I would greatly appreciate any information or help to get my money back
