American Home Shield after not having air conditioning for 10 days in 90 degrees heat tech recommended replacement of unit. AHS only authorized repair.Many repairs have been done over a 2 year period. Internet Tennessee
In a two year period have had numerous air conditioning companies make repairs on my 13 year old unit. 10 lbs of coolent has been put in, only to leak out. Now with 90 degree temperature have been without air conditioning for12 days and counting. American Home Shield would only approve repairs of three leaking items instead of replacing the unit which the tech recommended. I have explained to them many times that I am a senior citizen with asthma and something must be done as quickly as possibloe since I cannot breathe when my home registers 94 degrees. As I stated it is now 12 days and still no air.
