American Home Shield Use Cheapest Contractors Who Can't Get the Job Done Memphis, Tennessee
As I sit at 2AM in my 88 degree home in Texas with both A/C units running when they want to I ponder finding another home warranty company.
We've been AHS customers for longer than I'd like to admit but that might be coming to an end.
Make no mistake, AHS is in it first and foremost to make money.
It is apparent by using the cheapest contractors they can find is not good service to their customers.
AHS refuses to send out someone who might actually knows a little something about A/C and sticks with the same, useless contractor.
After three times and countless hours of our time waiting on techs our A/C seems hopelessly out of whack.
We also have a plumbing issue that was not resolved on the first attempt.
****If you are searching for a home warranty, try the other guys first.****

As we were at a loss to the problems that have plagued our A/C system, AHS came through with awesome customer service and restored our faith in their company. Took some time, but all is well that ends well.
