American Home Shield ripoff, they have every reason in the world to not get someone to come fix your problem Memphis Tennessee
I called on friday the 3rd of september to have a tub, that will not shut off, fixed. Got some runaround that they could not get me some one till tuesday being a holiday week end. After getting a so called superviser, I finally got them to deem it an emergency, and get some one right out HA HA, or I could contact my own plumber pay him, then submit my bill to them for payment RIGHT.
By saturday still can't find some one. Come sunday they have some one there coming sunday no show. Monday 7;30, ace plumbing is coming, can you give me a time frame, sure the tech will call you.
No call, call back, sorry some one will call you, one o'clock yes some one is on the way. 3:40 still no one. Call back, get some guy telling me it's my problem to call the tech and find out when he's coming.
3:45, call back. Why is this clown telling me I need to call the tech? Well he was busy and didn't have time to call. Well don't send anyone now. If your company does plumbing like you do your business I don't want you here.
Then a phone call back telling me I was lasy for not taking the tech's, number!! No I'm not; mad now.
Call back home shield and get the same unhelpful boss so called lady, after being disconected twice, to tell me its my fault, since I didn't tell them that they were not responding to my call. That's my job now???
Somehow I thought the 580 dollars I send them a year makes this their job, to insure fast and at least kind service. Mind you this is not the first time getting service has been a problem.
