American Investment Bank illegal and fraudulent reporting of credit Salt Lake City Utah
AIB sold me a car which i paid on for 4 years . Then i lost my job and was a little behind on my payments . I did notify the bank and tried to work with them , only 1 month behind and they repoed the car , I even had made a payment that day but that wasnt enough for these scheisters.
The car had been in a accident and was insured , but not yet repaired it was scheduled for repair but they took it anyway. Then they sold it and didnt get enough money to cover the rest of the loan . Probably because it wasnt fixed 700.00 for repairs so , not that bad . then AIB garnishes my wages for 4 mos, still not enough for them.
Now that was 8 years ago ,and come to find out they got a filing on my credit report for 17,000.00 , when the difference was only 2000.00 after garnishing only 200.00 was left thats the actual amount owed . So for 200.00 in debt they now have a 17,000.00 judgement and filing on my credit report. What the hell is going on with the legal system in this country! .
It appears that this company has a racket of shamming hard working people using greasy lawyers (i saw him in court) to misreport so they can intimidate . Its pretty despicable . Please if anyone files a civil suit contact me lets gang up on these credit hyenas and give them some payback.
