I felt as though I had been shocked by the machine. My hand opened involuntarily and my jaw shook. The technician commented that I was on a machine that could not be adjusted. My armpit hurt for just over a week. I was told that this wasn't normal and that I would be contacted about a refund. I have repeatedly called to be updated on my situation and both the technician and the manager are avoiding me. They promise to call me back and do not.

The technician informed my husband that she was not allowed to work on my problem and that her manager, Mallory, is not good with customers at all. She said that I am not the first person with an issue, and that she (Crystal) will be opening her own business in a month and a half. Then, while the manager was in the office, Crystal called me and was very rude. She was angry that I called other laser hair removal places to see what they thought of my situation. She seemed to change her tune when the manager was there.

The manager apologized for not getting back with me and assured me she would call back. Of course, this never happened. So now, I have paid for a treatment I will not be getting, and am too afraid to have any more treatments done on the areas that the company already started on. I am out a lot of money. How hard is it to refund someone for something they are not receiving, especially when you hurt the person?

I still never received a refund, and was told that there was no way to get one, so I settled for microderm treatments in place of my laser hair removal. It didn't fix the issue, but I did not leave completely empty handed.
