I am disputing the amount that was charged whic was around $2000 and not the $300 coupon that I supposedly won. I pray the credit company will see that no services were given and not the sheet I signed which says "nonrefundable" and give me a full refund!! Thank you for your comment, Cory!!

I'm confuzed. You posted about getting a "credit account" with ALC, so I guess you agree to a course of treatment and agreed to put it on your ALC charge account. Or, are we talking about the "$300" you won? I suspect if you dispute the charge you will win because no services were rendered.
