After being denied the refund for canceled services, I had filed complaints with GE Money credit card, the BBB, the Illinois State attorney, and ALL of these could not help me get my money back. It was suggested, I take them to the Small Claims Court. I am being disgusted by the false statements made by the paralegal representing ALC in the responses he gave to the inquiries made by the above mentioned companies on my behalf. I hope that all of the customers who had been ripped off by ALC will NOT let them get away with this.
