I also was called about a $300 "winnings" from an Oktoberfest event in Blue Springs, Missouri. I wanted information about how much a laser hair procedure was. (Do the procedures cost $300 or do they cost a couple thousand and 300 was not going to do squat?) They said they can not tell me anything and to just go to the free consulation and find out. I said okay. I got there Melissa, the manager, kept telling me she would do me this big favor and take $300 off every procedure that I wanted. Then she took 5% off, then 10% off, etc. She just kept saying how much money she was saving me and how I was getting it pretty much at employee cost- 50% off. I thought okay, this sounds like a good deal. I ask how much is it. She starts going through some numbers and shows me a chart and says look! You can get this for only $100 a month! (yeah for 60 months). I was hesitant. She said well let's just see if you get approved. I said okay, no harm in just seeing. I signed some papers for her to just run what i thought was a credit check. She came back and all of a sudden now I am obligated to pay them $105/month for the next 60 months! I am a full time student and cannot afford this so I faxed a written statement that I would like to cancel the services (THAT I NEVER RECEIVED). No returned calls. I called them and Melissa was kind enough to tell me there is nothing I can do about it. "I signed a contract so I have to make one of my other friends take over the payments and services or just pay for it because I signed a contract." Well I did not realize what I had done which is why as as soon as I left I regretted it. That was a lot of money. Not once was it EVER stated this is non refundable. Not once was this saying you are taking out a loan and you are now obligated to pay. Before I left she kept trying to push me to complete at least one of the services. I was uneasy and felt pressured but for some reason this time I said I had to go. Too late. This company does this to woman all over the country and is very unethical. I would not do business with this company.

Not a full reimbursement!

It was claimed on this website I received a full reimbursement but I am still receiving a bill from the Credit Care. When they say refund, they mean they get to keep part of your money. WHAT A SCAM
