My church purchased an outdoor electronic LED display from these people for $30,000. They recommended an installer which we used. The $30.000 display gave us immediate and continual problems being down more than it was up. After 3 years even they gave up and had another display installed that was as bad if not worse than the first.
Our church finally asked for a refund or at least a partial refund and were refused. Not wanting to sue we sought relief from the BBB which I have come to realize is nothing more than a paid protector of businesses willing to make the payments.
It's too late for my church to get any justice for this but I would warn anyone else to beware. Check your references carefully and not just the ones that they provide. I think you will find far more dissatisfied customers than satisfied. Don't think you will get the truth from the BBB either, they never bought a display from them,
