American Mobile Dental - Dr. Charles Randolph refused to pay for the work we've done Oneonta New York
we are a small dental lab owner and have worked with american mobile dental corp for about a year in 2008. we always had trouble collecting our lab fee with them through out the year but they refuse to pay the remaing balance of $2,676 for the crowns we have made for their patients. we know that american mobile dental have many offices and work with medicaid especially. when we tried to collect in the past the assistants would just hangs up the phone and tells us not to call anymore because we are hurrasing them. they have been extremely rude and unprofessional with their business. supposedly the head doctor, dr. charles randolph's son (ted randolph) works at the corporate office who never returns our phone call and is the one in charge of paying us. the last time we have actually spoke with the doctor himself and he flat out says that he is not responsible for paying us and that we should contact his son (ted randolph-never answers back). when we make crowns for the patients, the doctors charge their patients about ten times what we charge to the doctor. it is extremely selfish of this doctor and his son and the rest of this company to deny what is owe to us. if any dental labs or any other business who see this messages please do not do business with these crooks.
