AMERICAN SHOPPERS NETWORK bank of america i was told i won 25,0000 and had to buy two green dot cards $500 each to receive my prize Internet
I received a phone call saying I only had one day to collect my 250,000. I was told I had to buy two green dot cards with 500 on each that would be given back to me after the money was transferred. They asked for my licence #, my ssn, my checking and savings #, my address phone # and my mothers maiden name in order to verify my identity and to transfer my funds into my account to collect the prize. they asked if i wanted the news crew to come and if so it would mean irs would take more money from me. I asked for proof and they sent my a non existant address attached to the name of bank of america with a with a copy of my supposid check.

At least you didn't fall for this crap sandwich. You didn't, did you? Kinda hard to tell, but I don't see where you did. Lot of fools on here that did, tho. Never, ever give out that kind of information over the phone. A sure sign of a scam. And what in heaven's name has a news team showing up have to do with the IRS?
