American Signature Home GREAT PRICES, MISLEADING SALES PEOPLE Jonesboro Georgia
I am used to dealing with people who are liars. I guess that's why I'm shocked about what happened in this store. The store was clean, manager helpful enough to thank us for our $1675.00 purchase. The sales rep told us the protection plan would be delivered with our furniture today. I spent three days getting help together to move my old furniture. I am a heart patient and cannot lift that heavy things. She now says that it was put in wrong and it is scheduled for pickup. I said that's wrong and she says I know.
We don't do free delivery , give me 199.00 for delivery and we can deliver. She said I got a great deal and should not expect free delivery. My suprise is that the manager says that we don't ever do free delivery and that's pretty much policy. I said I'm looking at tv now and it said free delivery with a 399 purchase. I spent much more and was lied to about delivery. I'm not sure why I expected more from this company. I felt like I was on a used car lot and just got the hook! Maybe it was for the best.
