I properly submitted all the require UPC codes sales receipts and forms for 2 $30 rebates almost * months ago. They do not answer the e-mails and the phone answer is always the same they are they are working on the checks. But no one will can you where the checks are because all you can talk to is tec support. When I go on line to their rebate trace site it shows the rebate is pending. They don't know anything or they will not tell you anything. I don't know if I will ever see my money. I have called and e-mailed them several times in the last 6 months wanting to know where my money is.

American Telecom Services, ATS not sending rebate check after eight months City Of Industry California

I properly submitted all the require UPC codes, sales receipts, and forms for 2 $30 rebates 8 months ago to ATS. They do not answer e-mails and their rebate tracking phone line has now been disconnected. No one at ATS can tell you where the checks are because all you can talk to is tec support personnel. Their online rebate tracing site for the last seven months has shown the rebate is pending. ATS claims not to know anything or they will not tell you anything. I don't know if I will ever see my money. I have called and e-mailed them several times in the last 6 months wanting to know where my money is. 31 Jan 2008, I complained to the store manager at the Office Depot store where I purchased the phones and he indicated they no longer sell ATS phones because of their failure to honor their rebates and because of the poor quality of the telephones. He has said that to protect their reputation, Office Depot will issue a $60 credit to my credit card and apologized for my inconvinience. Hopefully this credit from O. D. will appear on my January Credit card Statement. Colonel h Lilburn, Georgia
