I signed up for a 5 days/4 nights all-inclusive travel which listed 10 international locations and a domestic location of Hawaii. It was for $149 per person. I purchased for 2 and they added on a $100 service fee. It was a flyer found at my work site (although not posted) for an HR department offer to employees. After paying I received the links to the resorts that I had up to 18 months in which to book. Some of the sites were not all inclusive. Five months later I get an email from another company saying they have taken over the fulfill of the vacations due to customer service complaints. When I request another list of the properties, there are now only 2 international locations and Hawaii is no longer listed. I would never have signed up for these locations. I requested a refund from the new fulfillment center and was told I need to contact my original company or start a dispute with my credit card company. The original company's phone number is constantly busy and clearly out of order.
