American Values Wellnet unathorized ripoff charges victimized many consumers Internet

I had bought a ab force in april, and after that I agreed to try some free offers. I was told to cancle from letters. I never recieved any thing. my credit card was billed, and I called to tell them. they said they had the wrong address. so I said cancel.. and they said sure youll have a refuned in 60 business days. after that I recieved two more charges. So I called and they told me the same thing.
after 60 business days I called again, they said it was never processed after I had called 5 or more times and was asured my refuned was being processed. I have called again and again, they keep telling me computer faliure or that salesman didn't put it thorugh. in janurary of 2003 I called and once a gain they promised me in 2 weeks. well its late feburary, and I tried to call but their numbers disconnected and I couldn't find anything until I came across this site. My unathorized bill is 169.75 I'm hoping you can help me.
