Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
DO NOT ..... I repeat, DO NOT take your car to this place for repairs!  They are in the business to rip you off the one time you bring your vehicle in for repairs, not to satisfy customers and work for  your repeat business!

I took my truck in because it did not have brake lights.  All the other lights (running lights, reverse lights, turn signals, etc.,) worked on my vehicle.  ONLY the BRAKE lights did not work.  Being in the Auto Body Repair industry for 30+ years, and knowing vehicles, I told him when I dropped it off that I have already checked all other lights, ALL fuses, and ALL relays, and everything else was fine.

He called me later that day and explained it took 3hrs for his mech to find the problem.  It was the BRAKE light switch that was bad, and the total of the bill was $191.00.  This is a part that you simply take off and unplug, then plug it up, and reinstall.  I couldn't believe the cost was this much for a 10 minute operation.

When I went to pick it up, I asked him if his mechanics were ASE Certified and he stated they were.  I then asked why it took so long for an ASE Certified mechanic to find that (with everything else ok, fuses, relays, etc.,), with only the BRAKE lights not working, it was the BRAKE LIGHT SWITCH that was bad?  I told him I was paying him all this money because of THEIR lack of experience.  I realize that they have to check everything out if someone just brought their vehicle in stating the brake lights don't work,  but in this particular case, with the customer telling them all they checked, the ASE (?) mechanic should have known the only other thing it could be, since the BRAKE lights wasn't working, is the BRAKE light switch!  Lets check it first.

He (Bobby) then stated "I could have charged you for a lot of things that we didn't have to do", which leads me to believe that this is common practice for them to do. I told him he got me this time but it won't happen again because I will never come back.  He didn't care.

Upon driving my truck home, I noticed that the lower dash panel to the fuse panel was not snapped in correctly and hanging down.  Guess his ASE (?) mechanic can't even do this right.

I feel sorry for the people that don't know anything about cars that is taking their vehicles there to have work done. There is no telling how much money they are stealing from their "so-called" customers.
