Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
I bought my home in December of 2005 and my loan was sold to ASC in March of 2006. I was late on my payment in August of 2006 due to military payment error and the company refused to accept my mortgage payments unless I paid almost 5,000 up front. They told me to take out a loan to pay them, other wise they were not going to accept anymore mortgage payments. I fell 11,000 into debt. My home went into the foreclosing process in November of 2006. I got with a real estate agent and found a buyer.

A short sale package was sent to ASC and received at the end of November. My real estate agent contacted ASC for an update to see if the account had been assigned a loan agent but it still had not. Their excuse was that they were seventeen days behind on their faxes. I can only imagine how behind everything else is.

My home ended up on the Trustee Sale list, at the beginning of January 2007. My real estate agent called again to try and re schedule the trustee sale and pro long it as long as they could until an agent was able to contact her. They gave her the same excuse as before about being behind and having no time. How do you efficiently run a business with out time management? A loan company is supposed to manage customer money, credit, and home efficiently. Well my home ended up getting sold on January 1st, 2007.

Today is the 8th of January and I still have not received any word from the lender. I called to find out how much the house sold for and they told me that they were not allowed to discuss anything having to do with the status of my loan and they gave me this website to visit; www.pasreo.com . It takes you to a site that helps you to buy homes, I spend about an hour just surfing through the website and I did not find any helpful information on the entire site having to do with my home being sold. I am due for an Iraq deployment in less than 7 days and they are still giving me and my representative the run around.

When I read all that the people had to say about this company I was relieved to know that it was not only me. I would not ever wish this on anyone else, but this is my first home buying experience and my home went into foreclosure. It has left me with a horrible credit; horrible taste for ever buying a home in California and not to mention broke.

I will spend more than 8 months in Iraq battling the real enemy and just to come home and give these people my hard earned money. Makes me sad and disappointed to think of how selfish and greedy people can be. I guess earning an honest living is not enough these days that you have to take other people's hard earned money to be satisfied.
