Paramus,#2Consumer Suggestion

Hi I have sent ASC about 10 letters all by certified mail. And I send "photocopies" of previous certified certificates along with copies of previous letters. BUT - still no responses. So I reported them to the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) ,, there is an easy to sue web page at https://rn.ftc.gov/pls/dod/wsolcq$.startup?Z_ORG_CODE=PU01 If you are not sure what do do, go to www.ftc.gov then click on "complaints" .. it's verye asy. So I filed the complaint and mailed a copy of that to ASC - yes by certified mail - on Monday this week. I am hoping they may respond. But I am not holding my breath. All I can suggest is send everything by certified mail and report them to FTC and be careful. Rgds

I have just recently been notified by my mortgage company Ameriquest that my loan has been sold to America's Servicing Company as of Februaury 2005. I decided to do some research on Goggle on ASC and it immediately put me here. I have read the posts about this company and I am VERY concerned about what I read but I would also like to ask these people what they might have done differently to assure that these things wouldn't happen again. I'm very sorry for all the problems you have had with this company but I would like to ask for your hindsight on what I might do to make sure these things don't happen to me. Thanx in Advance.......... PS ........... I have this number for America's Servicing Company given to me by Ameriquest and I get through every time. 1-866-426-5569
