This company has stolen money from me and my mom on several occasions. In the beginning of 2008, my car was repo'd. For one I was only one month past due and that current months payment wasnt even due yet. I called the them to see if it was a mistake and if the tow truck could simply bring the car back. NOPE!!!! they wanted the past due month, the current month, and two months in advance (plus towing fees). I was in total shock. Being that this was my first car and I had resently filed my taxes me and my mom paid the money and I got my care back.

Everything was fine until 2009, when they just started calling my phone, my moms phone, my work phone, and any family member they could find. I had a few deaths in my family and had to move back home due to money issues. I called them to set up a payment plan, and they agreed to everything. I had beensending in my payments as scheduled. I was only behind about $405 dollars when my care was repo'd yet again, I was so shocked and angry because just the day before I made a payment for $315. I called and made sure they got it and everything. They said nothing to me about a possible repo'd. When they took my car I called just to see what it would cost to get get it back, they "came up with" $1400. HOw I don't know? This time I let them have the car.

Don't and I repeat DON'T do business with this company, they are rude, dishonest and theives. They will try to suck you dry.

You DEFAULTED on the loan and they picked up the car.  Who DEFAULTED on the car?  YOU!  There are costs associated with a repo.  If you have defaulted, you will need to pay the past due amounts.  When YOU DEFAULT, they begin collections efforts which includes contacting your references.

ACF is a sub prime lender and you are a sub prime borrower because YOU have a history of not paying your bills on time.  Not only that, you are CONTINUING to not pay your bills on time.

Do you think...maybe, just maybe you need to change your ways??
