Americredit Rip Off Experts! Arlington Texas
Americredit is the biggest ripoff ever! These people harass you to no end. They are the rudiest people on the phone, have no customer service skills. I made 20 payments of $600.00, that adds up to be about 12,000 dollars paid on a $24,000 finance. The car was totaled and my insurance made a payoff payment of 17,302.00. I checked on the 26 of Jan 09 and my account read payoff due was $1,199.00. Later when I checked again it read $21,385.00. What the hell! This is the worst finance company I have ever dealt with in my life. Then when I was telling a customer service person what I saw, she basically called me a liar.
