Be careful with having Americredit repo the vehicle. Companies like them turn around and sell these repossessed vehicles to friends and relatives or other automotive dealers for chump change then come after you for whatever is left on your loan. You can fight this but you would need an Attorney otherwise they would garnish your wages to get this blood money. This adds insult to injury and puts the buyer in a very bad position. You would be paying on a vehicle you do not own and being harassed by these pirates which are protected by flawed laws regarding predatory companies such as Americredit. I am battling Americredit too they have my Jeep which turns out we are only one payment behind. They find loop holes around the bankruptcy laws and they feed you crap when they claim they will go out of their way to see that you don't loss the vehicle by working with you. Bull!! They are crooks out to take your money and ruin your credit rating! Sell or have someone take over the payments do yourself a favor! Contact the commerce commission and file a complaint if you feel you were taken advantage of.
