Americredit RIPOFF? THEY ARE MORE THAN THIS YOU CANT IMAGINE WHAT THEY DID TO ME AFTER I FILE CHAPTER 7 AND 13 Phoenix
After I ready this web site about repoff and see that so many people are unhappy or even realy made I discide to tell You guys about my problen that just started whity this ripoff financial group You want belive it.
I have at least 3 Year whity my car loam paying exacly on time maybe a couple behind 5 days since june last Year I have file for chapter 7 and 13 and discharge this Year My attorney ask americredit for afirmation of the loam they never send the paper, so I call then and got the adress to send the payment becouse they stop to send me bill over the mail, but I kept send then the payments for every mounth untill last 2 weeks ago on saturday I heard I large truck noise near my door and I went to look waht was there was a truck to get my car I could belive it I asked the driver what was all about and he told me I am here to repossess this car and I told hin i have made may payments on the car,
And so I let take it with no further arguments and I call americredit on munday and after I searched thru My checks that came returned from the bank and dates tthat I wrote the checks was there that mistakes 10 20 and 35 days they keept my checks before thay deposit those, And I am the one that did not make the payments on time??? I have all checks whity me since I started this loan to prove it that I was payng for those mounths, I call them for severall time rude people all always came whity an excuse diferent than the other And I prove to them all and they dont care about it,
My car is has way more value them what I awed to them, and arguing whity them I will not anymore I will look for help Today I found a web site a class suit against Americredit. I will be there for, I belive that probably becouse my bankrupcy and the value of the car they repossed the car.

NOW AFTER DICHARGE FROM CHAPTER 7 1ND 13 THEN STILL SEND PAYMENT BOOK ITS BILLING CHARGE...

I cant belived it how stupid and non professional AMERICREDIT is, Its almost impossible for then to send me payment book after I was discharge completly against bankrupice court I have bean ddischarge now they send a payment book? come on people is taking too long for someone start someting against them and no one is alowed here to post anything that You unhappy americredit custumers has done for it? I need to find results about whot have You done to protect Yourself against americredit.
