This is not the first time dealing with this HORRIBLE HEALTH INSURANCE COMPANY! I am supposed to have surgery with a well known hospital in my area this MONDAY, Nov 5th and this piece of trash health insurance company is just now telling me 2 days ahead that it will not cover my hospital stay. But what's interesting is that, I AM paying for it! What? I called member services they then transferred me to sales dept then I was transferred to another dept trying to explain the situation that I REALLY NEEDED this surgery. Customer service loons couldn't find my member number, I asked to speak to a manager, getting transferred again, waited for "my service coordinator" (code word for useless person) Still nothing.
